Two award-winning 4 star holiday cottages for one or two people set in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in East Sussex.

The Cart House features an open-plan living/dining room with French doors and a double bedroom, with beamed and vaulted ceilings and oak floor, an en-suit shower-room with tiled floor and a secluded and delightful cottage garden containing a summerhouse, lawn and garden furniture.

The Bake House features a kitchen/dining room, lounge, and double bedroom, all of which feature beamed and vaulted ceilings and solid oak floors, as well as a shower-room with tiled floor. The bedroom's French doors lead to a pretty and secluded terraced patio and garden with furniture.

Both cottages are strictly non-smoking and no pets.
